Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

Cancel your Pro subscription yourself at /billing: sign in with the email you used at checkout (Stripe sends you a one-time code) and choose Cancel. You can also update your card and download invoices there. Your key keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Prefer email? Write to scrubguard@fastmail.com from the address you used at checkout and we will cancel within 2 business days.

Refunds

First payment: if ScrubGuard isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.
Later monthly charges: not refundable, and partial months are not prorated. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Billing mistakes: if you were charged in error or charged twice, tell us and we will refund the mistaken charge.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
